Westmount Planning Application
Protest has a great turnout!
Thanks to the many people who attended the demonstration against the Westmount Planning Applications.
Thanks to local Loose councillor Ben Sherreard, we had the papers down for photos and stories (check local press for details).

Next - the Public Inquiry
The next critical event is the Public Enquiry, at 10 am on June 17-18 at the Museum of Kent Life, Sandling, Maidstone ME14 3AU.
It is vital that as many people as possible attend the hearing to show the strength of local feeling.
The more people who attend the hearing, the more the Inspectorate will be impressed by our show of solidarity and the depth of village feeling against this proposal. It's flexible - just come for the start, or if you can only come later on, that's fine.
You can stay for half an hour or all day - every little helps!! Please come along and let Lee Hurst know that he's not funny anymore! We don't want Antlers loose in Loose! Even if you come to sign the register and have a look in, it will be worthwhile.
We have it on good authority that the feelings of local residents will be taken into consideration by HM Inspectorate.
Thanks for your continued support.
Join the Fight
You can make a difference!
We have fought off two applications for development of Westmount but the developers are now appealing Maidstone Borough Council's decision.
